This somewhat Wild and wonderful Beni Mguild rug hides a simple secret; one small knot of natural indigo wool is hidden within the rug for baraka (said to bring luck and posititive qualities.) Sometimes small amounts of indigo would be saved and kept for special occasions such as this one! A true artwork for the collector with an eye for the wild and wonderful.
